  COURSE OUTLINE

"I liked the way the information was presented.  It was easy to understand and there's something to relate to whether you've experienced stress or not. The course really helped me to think about my own situation and how I react to things."
Jane, Aberdeen

"The course was excellent, and very benifical to myself, very easy to understand."
Karen, Forfar

  Stressed?

You’re not alone!

  • Work-related stress, depression or anxiety accounted for an estimated 13.5 million lost working days in Britain in the last financial year.
  • Over 30% of work-related ill health is linked to stress, with an average of 27.5 days sick leave per case.
  • Counting those patients who are not in employment, nearly 70% of all GP’s appointments deal with stress related illnesses such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and ulcers.

  • Stress costs the UK economy a staggering £7 billion a year.
