COURSE OUTLINE |

| |
"I liked the way the information was presented. It was easy to understand
and there's something to relate to whether you've experienced stress or
not. The
course really helped me to think about my own situation and how I react to
things." |
Jane, Aberdeen |
| |
"The course was excellent, and very benifical to myself, very easy to understand." |

- Counting those patients who are not in employment, nearly 70% of all GP’s appointments deal with stress related illnesses such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and ulcers.
